Am I paying a premium price on my down payments?

I have made a down payment on a 2012 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring with Tech Pack, which I believe retailed at $48,000-plus when new. The seller (a local dealership) wants $30,000. It appears to be in very good condition with no obvious flaws and the odometer reads 64,117 km. I am currently in the "Cooling Off" time period, and I have concerns I might be paying a premium price. Should I get an RACV vehicle inspection done? Is it a fair price?

On average a 2012 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring would cost around $25,000, which makes yours a little expensive. But against the odometer reading is well below the average, which compensates for the higher asking price. If you have any doubts about the car have an RACV inspection done.
