Asked by Ed
The headrest on the front passenger seat of my 2014 Nissan Dualis has been pushed forward during a recent service. My wife/passenger is unable to sit with it like that. The service people said it was unfixable. Got any suggestions?
Answered by CarsGuide
16 Nov 2018Nothing is unfixable. Presumably it was done while the Dualis was at the dealer being serviced, if so it is the dealer’s responsibility to fix it. If they can’t simply straighten it, they might have to replace the headrest, whatever it takes, it can be fixed.
