    Hyundai Accent noise when reversing

    From day one my 2011 Hyundai Accent Elite has made a humming/howling noise from rear when reversing. My service manager said he thought that it was rear brakes not releasing properly, but said they can't do anything about it! He also indicated other owners have complained about the same thing. I have tried calling Hyundai, but they rely on their Service Departments and Area Supervisors. Can you offer or suggest any ideas or thought on this problem?

    Go back to the dealer and ask that Hyundai's representative take a look at the car and work out what can be done to fix it. It's not acceptable that they wipe their hands of the problem.
