Nissan Pulsar 2013: What is a good price?

Is a 2013 B17 Nissan Pulsar ST auto sedan at $14,340 a better buy than a new one? There are several of these with around 30,000 km clocked fully serviced at the fixed price auction.

$14,340 is at the upper end of the used car price range for the model, but it’s still a significant saving over the new car price and in my view it does represent a better deal than buying a new car.
