Ford Falcon 2004: Noise over small bumps

There is a clunking noise coming from the front-end of my 2004 BA Falcon XR6T when driving over repetitive small bumps around town, but it's not so bad on big bumps. Any ideas what it could be?

It's not possible to say with any certainty without inspecting the car, which is what you should have done. But on what you have told us I'd be looking at the suspension bushes and shock absorbers in the front-end.
