Asked by Sam
We are looking at purchasing a brand new current single-cab Toyota Hilux diesel with an auto transmission. What are you thoughts on carrying one tonne in the tray for work purposes? Are there any other makes and models you could suggest please?
Answered by CarsGuide
31 May 2019There’s no reason why the Hilux won’t carry a one-tonne payload. A Workmate will haul a payload of around 1200 kg.
