Hyundai ix35 2015: Can I fit alternative headlights?

The projector headlights on my 2015 Hyundai ix35 are absolutely useless, especially on country roads. Can the earlier model H4 lights be fitted? If not is there another solution?

As I understand it it's not a straight fit. The headlights on your car can be adjusted so have your dealer do it at the next service and see if that improves it for you.
