2010 Mazda 6 driver's side window

Despite many attempts to repair it the driver's side window of my 2010 Mazda 6 still hasn't been fixed. After being raised to the fully up position the window then drops down to about three-quarters closed. We have taken it back to the Mazda dealers a total of seven times, a new motor has been fitted, but even this has not made any difference. The last adjustment was made only three weeks ago and now it has happened again, so this will now be the eighth time we will have to take it back. Mazda has been sympathetic and polite, and standby their warranty agreement, but they are unable to fix it. It is extremely annoying and very inconvenient, to say the least. Have the readers of your column experienced a similar problem?

We contacted Mazda about the problem with your windows, and we understand a company representative has been in contact with you with a way of resetting the power windows. Let us know if the problem re-occurs once you've done that.
