What compact SUV can I buy for $10,000?

I'm hoping to buy a used car but am really looking for something a little larger than a sedan or hatchback – more like a compact SUV. My budget is roughly $10,000. Do you have any recommendations?

Your budget limits you to older models, around 2010-2012. One to look at is the Suzuki SX4; others are the Kia Sportage and Mitsubishi ASX.
