My 2001 Suzuki Baleno 1.6 auto is running well, but sometimes after I drive around 30-40 km, or if the weather is hot, it won't restart after I’ve turned it off.

If I leave it, and let the engine cool down it just starts easily with no issues. I haven’t been able to find any solution anywhere. Can you help?

It is likely to be the fuel vaporising after you turn the engine off, it’s called hot soak. Look for anything that might be causing the fuel to heat up and vaporise anywhere between the fuel tank and the engine.

Check the fuel pump; also make sure the fuel return line is working.
