    Ford Focus 2016: Stock shortage

    After deciding I would like a new Ford Focus Trend I went to my local dealer who only had one, a 2016 model. They claimed they have been so busy lately that they are sold out, but they expect new stock in August. However, they are increasing in price by over $3000, so they are now approx. $28,000. Am I being given a lot of sales talk? Should I go to other dealers to get some sense?

    Our checks with Ford suggest there is no shortage of supply of the Focus, so shop around at other dealers.
