    Ford Falcon 2001: Rattling sound

    My 2000 AU Ford Falcon has a rattling noise under the car on driver's side of the engine bay; it vibrates at a certain speed, and overheats, especially when air con is operating. I have replaced the exhaust system and the catalytic converter. Could it be the pulley making the noise?

    You've probably got a number of problems. The rattling noise and the vibration could be the exhaust hitting part of the body; the overheating could be a radiator issue.
