The 2005 Toyota Camry 2.4 auto I bought new has now clocked up 210,000 km, and so far nothing major has gone wrong, but I am concerned about what might go wrong in the future. It has been regularly serviced with routine oil changes using the correct oil, and I have had the gearbox serviced at 100,000 km and all was ok. Are there any known problems with the auto that may start to occur due to high kays?

There is nothing in particular to be concerned about; the Camry is generally a robust and reliable car. You did the right thing in having the auto transmission serviced, but that was 100,000 km ago, so I would have it serviced again. Keeping the transmission fluid fresh and not working the transmission too hard are the keys to keeping it alive in the long term.
