Nissan Pulsar Reviews
The sad tale of the Nissan Pulsar has reached its nadir, with Nissan Australia announcing in December 2016 that the sedan version of the five-seat passenger car will be withdrawn from sale. The company says it may return, but it's more likely it will join the hatch version in disappearing from showrooms for good.
The small Pulsar had a long history in Australia, but it came undone with Nissan's Japanese bosses declaring the global Tiida name was to be used from 2006 – and the car flopped. A switch back to a Thai-built Pulsar in 2013 failed to re-energise its fortunes and the hatch was dropped in April 2016.
