    Your Opportunity : Classic Ferrari Red over beige in excellent and original condition. With a heavenly flat 12 engine this is a 80's poster child icon for many. Vehicle has been well maintained and there is some patina evident. Original tool kit in vehicle and drives and runs well, model only manufactured for 2 years which ensures exclusivity.

    Ferrari's flagship model, the Testarossa supercar, revived a famous name from the Italian company's past when it arrived in 1984. A 'next generation' Berlinetta Boxer, the Testarossa retained its predecessor's amidships-mounted, 5.0-liter, flat-12 engine, while the new supercar was now capable of reaching a top speed of 290KMph.
    The gill slats feeding air to its side-mounted radiators became one of the modern era's most instantly recognisable - and copied - styling devices. The new design managed to combine high downforce with a low coefficient of drag with the absence of extraneous spoilers and other such devices. The Testarossa possessed light controls and was relatively easy to drive - factors which when paired with its outstanding performance and stunning looks, contributed to an instant and sustained high level of demand.

    Manufactured in right hand drive in April 1986 for the New Zealand dealer Torino Cars Auckland in May 1986 and brought to Australia by it's owner in August 2011 this beautiful example has had well over $70000 receipts in refurbishments in the past 5 years.
