What's the best thing you've ever done?

Or tell us about the best thing somebody you know has done. It could be anything from an adventure to an everyday gesture. A wonderful example of friendship. A fantastic place that was visited. A brilliant idea. An example of overcoming the odds. Even proposing. Or having children.
