Infiniti's Project 10 concept car has been teased ahead of its unveiling at the Pebble Beach Concours d' Elegance in the USA.
The single-seat, full-electric roadster is intended to act partly as a window into Infiniti's electric future (the brand will electrify all new production cars from 2021), and partly as a design study for future product.
Or in the words of Infiniti: "Prototype 10 is a daring electrified speedster that provides a window into the brand’s desire to deliver driving pleasure and thrilling performance from electrified powertrains."
And it certainly looks daring. The teaser sketch shows a (surely impossibly) long and sharp-angled bonnet, with a mammoth alloy wheel perched in the furthest corners of the body. And for a car intended to act as a widow to the future, it's notably free of glass; there is no windscreen or windows in the sketch.
Sadly, that's exactly all we know for now. But the Project 10 will be unveiled in full on August 23. So watch this space.
