Australia clocked a record number of new-car sales in 2024, proving once again how diverse our new-car market really is.

Despite Toyota's continued stronghold, a growing number of Japanese, European, South Korean, American and — increasingly — Chinese players solidified their place in the market, while some (sorry, Citroen) said goodbye altogether.
