Nissan X-Trail 2012: End of warranty report

Asked by Brad Meredith

Our 2012 Nissan X-Trail ST, a six-speed manual, will be out of warranty in February. Do end-of-warranty inspection reports, from the likes of the RACQ here in Queensland, force dealers to fix any defects?

An auto club report would not force anything from a dealer but would alert you to any problems you need to raise before the warranty expires.
