Will the transmission problems of the Ford Focus affect its value?

I bought a 2012 Ford Focus Sport in mid-2014 for $17,000. Within two years I had three TCM's and two gearboxes replaced (under warranty by Ford). The car has done 55,000 km and I’ve not had any mechanical issues for over 18 months. If I sell, with all the 'known/reported issues', I fear that its true value is understated and I will not get a reasonable price. The car is in immaculate condition with full service history.

You’ll get market value, and on the Focus that will take into account the transmission problems it suffers. I don’t believe you can escape the fact that it has issues.
