Mazda BT-50 2009: What is the best oil to use?

Asked by Rob

I've always used Valvoline Fully Synthetic 5W-10 in my 2009 BT-50 that’s done 200,000 km. The aftermarket fitted Mann-Hummel Oil Catch Can collects a fair amount of oil from the rocker cover blow off. Should I increase the oil viscosity?

You should be running a 5W-40 oil.
