Hyundai Tuscon 2017: Knocking noise in the transmission

When my 2017 Hyundai Tucson Active diesel got to 300 km I started to hear a knocking noise coming from the transmission when you use it for the first time or four hours later. It does it just under 40 km/h and one time only. The dealer did a reset for the transmission and the noise went away, but then came back. I took it to another dealer who did the same reset and update to the transmission software. A week later it came back. The dealer is saying that it is normal and cannot do anything. What can I do to make sure what they said is right?

Contact Hyundai’s customer service (1800 186 306) and put your concerns to them, requesting they explain to you why it is normal. You could also ask the dealer to demonstrate the noise using another car.
