1. What is the Carsguide newsletter?

The Carsguide newsletter delivers the latest motoring news and road tests direct to your inbox every week.

2. How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

Enter your first name and email address in the "Free Newsletter" box. Check that there is a "tick" in the box next to the Carsguide newsletter. Enter your other details. Click "Go."

3. How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Enter your first name and email address in the "Free Newsletter" box. Un-tick the box next to the Carsguide newsletter. Click "Go."

4. I tried to unsubscribe but I'm still receiving emails from you. What do I do?

Here are some tips:

Check that the email address you used to unsubscribe is correct. Often, users may subscribe with one email address (e.g. John.Smith@carsguide.com.au), then try to unsubscribe another email address (e.g. jsmith@carsguide.com.au). We cannot unsubscribe you unless you provide the correct email address.
You may have opted for special offers from Carsguide and News Interactive while unsubscribing from the newsletter. Unless you unsubscribed from the newsletter and our special offers, you may still be receiving emails from us, though not the newsletter.
Our newsletter member list is refreshed weekly. You may receive emails from us for up to a week after unsubscribing. As soon as our member list is refreshed, you will no longer receive emails from us.

5. I clicked on the links in your newsletter but they're not working. What do I do?

If we discover that there is an error with our newsletter, we will notify our subscribers as soon as possible and send out another newsletter.

If you do not receive a second newsletter from us, check that you are connected to the Internet and have a browser, such as Internet Explorer, installed on your computer.
