What can I do to keep cats off my clean car? Is there a polish or something that can be used?

They're usually looking for somewhere warm to curl up and go to sleep and the car bonnet is a good place for them to do it. I'm not aware of anything made specifically for the purpose that you can use to deter them from doing it, apart from parking it where they can't get at it. If you can't do that, there are sprays you can get from nurseries that claim to deter cats and dogs from areas around the house. They might work, but I can't say they won't damage the paint.
