The Global Green Challenge, running from Darwin to Adelaide, is the world's leading, cross-continental showcase of the latest advances in hybrid, electric, solar, low emission, and alternative energy vehicles. Carsguide is the proud sponsor of the 2009 Global Green Challenge Awards and has a team of journalists participating in the drive, providing daily news, video and photo updates. This year's challenge runs from the 24 – 31 October, during which time our drivers will battle the outback terrain of Tennant Creek, Alice Springs and Coober Pedy.
