The wagon version of the previous COTY winner only made the field on a wildcard, but it was close even before it was included. Value is the bottom line, but it's also a baby wagon in a world of SUVs, has diesel efficiency, and shows the sort of effort Hyundai is making to break out of the cut-price Korean car trap.
