Blue power is on display with Ford and FPV including a full complement of vehicles on their stand.

Ford will show petrol and diesel variants of the Mondeo, the Focus CC and diesel, Fiesta, and the current Falcon and Falcon Ute.

The next-generation Falcon, codenamed Orion, will not be released until the following month.

Meanwhile, Ford Performance Vehicles will get the blood pumping with the Territory F6X and the Cobra show car.

The FPV F6 X is equipped with the F6 270 Turbo 4.0-litre DOHC in-line six-cylinder engine, producing 270kW of power and 550Nm of torque, matched to the ZF six-speed automatic transmission and a full-time All-Wheel-Drive system.

It comes with several advanced active and passive safety features, including Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), Traction Control and four-channel Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD).

  • Whats the point of having Falcons on the stand with the new model coming out next month nobody is interested in the old model.. I wonder if the Cobra is the same one that was at Sydney, wasnt even a real cobra as it has no FPV build number on it..
