Ferrari to pull out of F1 2010 rules are not changed

As we tipped in a previous Ferrari story, the Ferrari Board confirmed yesterday afternoon (overnight our time) that if the FIA and Max Mosley do not change their plans for the F1 budget cap they will not enter the championship next year.

Ferrari now joins Toyota, Red Bull and Toro Rosso as teams who have confirmed their intention to pull out of the F1 championship if the rules are not changed. The primary concern is that F1 would effectively become a two-tier system with those teams who opt for the budget cap given virtually free reign on development while those who do not have to abide by restrictions including a lower rev limit.

Many teams are lining up to join the championship, including the possibility of Lola, Penske and a number of American teams. However F1 without Ferrari will undoubtable be a second rate championship.

The FIA GT and LeMans series are looking good for next year.

 • When I started to do research on my new car, I came across this page that showed me everything I needed to know about how to negotiate a new car. There are more ways than you could think of that the dealership makes money off of every sale; doc fees, holdbacks, finance charges, and so many more. I went to this page and they sent me FREE information on how to negotiate with a dealer and how to purchase a new car below invoice. After reading everything that they sent over to me, I was much more educated on the buying process and wanted to share that with all of you. I simply printed the eBook, brought it to the dealership, and I walked out of there paying less than invoice. If you are in the market for a new car, this is some must read information and it is FREE. Take a look and please post any other advice you might have to help others who are purchasing a new car. Auto Negotiation Tips and Secrets eBook
