Other possible venues for the round are in Malaysia and India.

The unnamed venue for a November round of the 2012 V8 Supercars season is unlikely to be Singapore after development of the Changi Motorsport Complex has stalled.

The missing round is scheduled one week after two races at Abu Dhabi and is expected to be held somewhere in the Mid East or Asia.

However with the calling of a second tender this week for the stalled Changi project, it is now unlikely to be completed in time for the V8 Supercars round in November. Other possible venues for the round are in Malaysia and India.
