The 2014 Pirelli Calendar marks 50 years for the Italian tyre company and pays homage to the stunning women and iconic cars that have featured in the calendar over the years.

The images from the 1986 Pirelli Calendar shoot by the late Helmut Newtown were unpublished until now.

Newtown was commissioned for the job by Italian Head Quarters, at the same time as London commissioned Bert Stern. Due to other commitments Newtown left the job and his assistants finished the pages to be stored in Pirelli's Italy archive.
