Why are we hiding the seller's contact details?
Unfortunately, there are many fraudsters out there. By verifying that you are a genuine person with a valid phone number, we make sure that our sellers don't get flooded with fake SMS and calls.
How does this work?
Enter phone - Choose first whether you want to be called on a land line, or receive an SMS on your mobile. Then enter your phone number and press "Continue". You will receive a phone call or an SMS with a 4-digit access code within a few seconds.
Enter code - Enter the 4-digit access code you received via phone or SMS into the field and press "Continue". If for some reason you didn't receive the SMS or didn't catch the phone message, click on "Please send the code again".
View contact details - You will now see all the seller's contact details on your screen.
What happens to my number after the verification process?
Your phone number is only used for verification purposes. We will never forward it to the seller or any other third party.

Why do I have to enter my number every time I want to see a private seller's contact details?
Unfortunately, there are many fraudsters out there. By verifying that you are a genuine person with a valid phone number, we make sure that our sellers don't get flooded with fake SMS and calls.
However, you won't have to 'unlock' the seller's number with an access code every time: as soon as you have unlocked one number, all other numbers will be unlocked by simply entering your phone number.
We understand that this is a bit of a hassle, but we believe that the protection of contact details against scammers and fraudsters is very important.

Your phone number is only used for verification purposes. We will never forward it to the seller or any other third party.
