2014 Honda Civic sedan

Honda has updated the Civic sedan range with fresh styling and improved value.

The price of entry to the Honda Civic sedan range has been reduced by $1000 with the introduction of the new Vi trim level, following the Civic hatch’s range-wide $1000 price increase in April.

The $18,490 entry-level Civic Vi now sits beneath the previous-cheapest VTi, which has gained an equipment boost along with the rest of the sedan range.

All sedan models above the Vi now come with Honda's Display Audio multimedia system and a reversing camera as standard, while the VTi is now exclusively a five-speed auto and now comes with 15-inch alloys.

The VTi-S sedan now comes with proximity keys as standard, and features redesigned 16-inch alloys.

The Civic VTi-L sedan gains leather-appointed seats and on top of the previous model’s rear parking sensors, electrically retractable mirrors and unique 16-inch alloys.

The Civic Sport range-topper gains an eight-way power adjustable driver's seat and 17-inch wheels, finished in a contrasting black and silver colour scheme.

The entire Civic sedan range has also been treated to a massaged grille design, and there are two new paint options available - Modern Steel and Golden Brown.
