    Mazda CX-5: Is all-wheel drive worth the money?

    I have decided to buy a Mazda CX-5 but want your advice on the front-wheel drive versus all-wheel drive. The research I have done reveals the front-drive model with the 2.0-litre engine is underdone due to the weight of the car, but I have two friends in my retirement village who have it and say it performs OK in suburban conditions. Most of my driving is metropolitan with the odd trip interstate. And I know the front-drive model is about $3000 less.

    Save the money and get the front-driver. You won’t notice the difference in your driving.
