Does tyre pressure alter the speedo?

My 2006 Ford Falcon driver’s manual says I should set my tyre pressure at 30psi. But all the “experts” say that I should set them at 35psi. What I would like to know is will this extra 5psi make any difference to my recorded speed as shown on the speedo?

The extra air will make the tyre circumference a tiny amount larger but it will make such a marginal difference to the speedo reading that you won’t notice.
