Delayed Genesis arrival?

I feel I'm being treated poorly by Hyundai Australia just because I live in Darwin. You might recall you helped get a Genesis to Darwin earlier this year and I then ordered an Ultimate in June, based on the dealer's representation that it would be delivered in mid-September 2015. I've just been told delivery has been delayed for a third time, now to mid-November. The car build was completed on August 22 and it was shipped on August 31, so apparently the car will spend two months at sea. Do you have any contacts in Hyundai that could help or explain the poor performance as they are not doing too well selling "expensive" cars.

Hyundai Australia says your car should leave Korea in the next week for a November arrival in Darwin. Expect some champagne from the dealer to celebrate its arrival.
