Bolt joins Nissan, ditches his BMW. Literally.
Nissan has just launched its first-ever global brand campaign, centred on Bolt and his Nissan GT-R.
Just days after announcing he would become an ambassador for the Nissan GT-R, Bolt crashed his Beemer into a guard rail around 5am on Sunday.
The triple Olympic gold medallist and multi world record holder is alleged to have been attending a party nearby in Jamaica's capital, Kingston, just before the crash.
Bolt is said to have been unhurt in the single-vehicle accident -- the second in which he has come to grief in a BMW M3, having also rolled one in 2009 during his period as a BMW ambassador.
