Family day
Bring the kids for a great day out at the Australian International Motor Show.
Now with two Family Days, both Saturdays (11 and 18 October), the motor show is packed with car-fun for children of all ages, as well as mums and dads.
Sponsored by Roary the Racing Car, motor show Family Days will feature well known children’s TV characters, balloon wranglers, face painters, racing driver signings and loads more.
Roary the Racing Car
Roary the Racing Car, his trusty mechanic Big Chris, and other kids characters including Fifi from Fifi and the Flowertots and Bob the Builder, will roam the halls of the show meeting young children and their families on both Saturdays.
Roary the Racing Car’s Activity Zone will keep the kids entertained from 10am until 5pm with colouring competitions, treasure hunts, giveaways and screenings of the popular show - a smash-hit TV program which airs on ABC Kids and Nick Jnr.
Dorothy the Dinosaur
The Wiggles’ friends Dorothy the Dinosaur and Wag the Dog will entertain the show’s youngest visitors with songs and dancing in the Volkswagen Pavilion on the second Family Day, Saturday 18 October.
